Psoriatic arthritis, also known as arthropathic psoriasis, affects patients that have psoriasis. Psoriasis is a skin condition that causes red patches of scaly skin, and this form of the disease usually appears before the onset of joint problems. The signs of psoriatic arthritis include joint pain, stiffness, and swelling on any area of the body. IV infusion therapy for psoriatic arthritis can control the severity of the condition and prevent joint damage.

This is the most common type of arthritis in children, and it can cause joint swelling, pain, and bone development issues in a growing child. While RA in adults is a chronic condition with no cure, children with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis often outgrow the condition. IV infusion therapy for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is aimed at reducing its uncomfortable symptoms and preventing bone development issues.

In patients with this autoimmune disease, the body attacks healthy tissues, typically in the skin, joints, kidneys, brain, and other organs. Joint pain and swelling are common symptoms, but there are a range of other problems that can affect virtually any area of the body, which is why it’s so important to seek treatment from a specialist.

This chronic autoimmune and inflammatory disease causes the immune system to attack and damage healthy tissue. In most cases, rheumatoid arthritis (RA) affects the lining of the joints, sometimes multiple joints at once. RA flare-ups can be extremely painful, and the swelling can gradually result in bone erosion and joint deformity. IV infusion therapy has been successful for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, reducing the occurrence of the disease and slowing damage.

This inflammatory disease can cause some of the vertebrae to fuse together. This inhibits flexibility, and can contribute to a hunched posture. Ankylosing spondylitis can cause pain, stiffness, fatigue, and difficulty breathing. IV infusion therapy for ankylosing spondylitis can slow the progression of the disease.
